If you have submitted your details, including your CV, via our ‘Meet the team’ page, your information will be received by our HR team and assessed for suitability with department heads against any current or planned vacancies.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure and in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect via our website.
TBE engage the services of professional experts in their field to monitor, advise, and protect all information we hold and would immediately ringfence and investigate any suspected or occurred data breach.

In order to track visitors to our website and identify which pages they are interested in, we use a third party service called Google Analytics to collect this type of information. The information obtained does not identify anyone.

Controlling your personal information
TBE will not disclose your personal data without consent unless we have a legal obligation to do so.
If you have submitted your details and CV via our ‘Meet the Team’ facility, we will process your personal data in accordance with the Employment Practices Data Protection Code and data protection legislation. If you are applying or enquiring for a role with us then we collect and use this personal data for recruitment purposes – in particular, to determine your suitability for a specific role. This includes assessing your skills, qualifications and verifying your information, carrying out reference checks or background checks (where necessary) and to generally manage the hiring process and communicate with you about it.
If you are accepted for a role with us, the data collected during the recruitment process will form part of your ongoing employee record. If you are not successful or we do not have any suitable roles, your details will be deleted after six months.
If you wish to see details of personal information which we hold about you, you may submit a subject access request under current data protection legislation. TBE reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee if requests from you are clearly unfounded or excessive.
