We approached TBE with a basic idea and a fag packet sketch of what we wanted to achieve. It was clear after the initial meeting that we had approached the right people, within 3 days we had drawings to approve and within a week we had the physical sample to approve and to show to our client. The communication at every step from the CAD department and the Sales/Estimating team was first class.
